Accountability
Most people who work out at home lose motivation and stop training. You'll maintain consistency because I train my clients in real-time. Every client has a recurring schedule with me, so each week there's something new to look forward to.

I give every potential client a complimentary consultation to evaluate their current fitness level and goals. If you wish to proceed, I'll work with you to create a tailored workout regimen based on your individual needs and time frame.
Avoid injury
When people train alone, they increase the likelihood of unintentionally injuring themselves during a workout. During our sessions, I position your body towards the camera so I can safely critique your form from every angle to provide feedback about your form, so you know you're doing the exercises correctly.

I met James at David Barton exclusive club on the upper east side. I was going through trainers, as none felt right for long term commitment (When I worked with the same trainer, after a while, either my body’s improvement plateaued or my trainer ran out of new & creative movements).
