8 stems of asparagus diced- grilled first

1 whole hard boiled egg

1 orange

1/2  lemon squeezed

2 tbs- Braggs apple-cider vinegar

Low-carb Protein Shake

14 oz. water

2 scoops of low-carb chocolate whey protein powder

1 tbs. Saigon Cinnamon

4 iced cubes
